College Bound or Housewarming Gift for $22.58

My sister is moving out of my parent's house so I thought I would take advantage of all the back-to-school sales and coupons and put together a little housewarming present for her new apartment. She will definitely need a starter supply of all the things a new home needs. I purchased everything at Target and CVS and spent less than $25 for everything. At CVS this week:
