Target 70% toy clearance mark down

I have confirmed that targets in our area are marking toys down to 70% today. There is a glitch with their system however and their scanners they use to mark them down are not working right now. As of now they are down and don't know when they will have access to them. What that means for us is we just have to wait until their system is up again to get our savings. But the good news is we know it will happen!
